This is an easy read (like the whole series) but the story finally gets going in this the third book. Only to be read by (young) teenage girls or those that still feel the first flickerings of lust and love. Melodramatic but light entertainment.

I think this book is the best so far in the twilight series. The tension of the relationships between Bella, Jacob and Edward are at an ultimate here. Stephenie Meyer does a fantastic job of involving the readers emotions in this one.

The third part of the saga, and possibly the best written of the four, Eclipse has interwoven excitement, suspense, drama, love, romance, fear, you may find yourself reading well into the night fighting your tired eyelids to find out what happens next. A book with everything in it, the characters turn it up a notch, and you get drawn into the ever tempting and fateful decisions that each have to make. Highly recommended read, with more surprises and anguish than either of the preceeding two stories, it is one not to be missed.

As the third book of the Twilight series, it is faster paced than book 2 and more engaging than book 1, leaving you eager for the finale, Breaking Dawn. Looking forward to what the film will bring to the mix next year!
